各省法律不同，各城市还有By-law, 你贴的例子是萨省的Regina，不适合楼主的情况。那我也举个例子，安省你可以随便穿防弹衣，合法，我在BC省，没经政府批准穿防弹衣就算非法，入狱半年或罚款一万，说到底，还是看人，开罚单的有裁定权，否则为啥楼主邻居就没事呢？楼主肯定是给另一个邻居举报了
