我只是想，你是不是願意檢查一下自己的飲食習慣，看看是不是有可以改進的地方。飲食習慣的改變可能會減少癌細胞的增長速度，甚至逆轉癌細胞的生長。
哈佛大學關於攝護腺癌惡化與死亡的一項研究發現，蛋和禽肉可能是最嚴重的罪魁禍首：『攝護腺癌患者即使每天吃的蛋不到一顆，還是可能會促使癌症以兩倍速度惡化；而即使每天吃的雞肉與火雞肉的份量不到一份，癌症惡化的風險也是增加到四倍。』而使用奶製品（包擴牛奶）也會增加攝護腺癌的發病率。
而防止癌症惡化的最好的食物是：十字花科的蔬菜（如綠花椰菜、球芽甘藍、包心菜、白花椰菜及羽衣甘藍等）及亞麻子。
