没做Serology,能确定就是幽门螺杆菌么?
Diagnosis
A. Duodenum- mild increase of mixed inflammation , some villi with preserved villous architecture, mild widening in others, occasional intraepithelial lymphocytes of unknown clinical significance-biopsy, see comment
B. Stomach-antral and oxyntic mucosa- chronic focally active gastritis, negative for intestinal metaplasia, negative for dysplasia, Helicobacter Pylori - rare equivocal staining by IHC - serology is indicated - biopsy
Comment
A. If serology for HP confirms presence of organisms, changes seen in the duodenum might be related to gastric pathology. if clinically concerned about celiac disease serology might be of benefit.
