2.查IE->tools->option->content中被禁掉的站点
3.查网络安全选项
4.查router设置
5.换router

DNS是啥我不懂啊，我不懂TCP/IP。我只知rogers的High Speed用户使的多数是动态地址，拔下电源，再捅上地址就变了，所以不该是rogers DNS的问题。我用的High Speed为啥从不出此问题呢？
