本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I don't care too much where the game is gonna be held, and of course I don't care whether somebody is happy or not, I was just trying to make a logic explanation in response to those negative comments, they made a comment , it's natural for us to give a response back, right? The point is, It's all right for anybody to celebrate whatever they deem worth celebrating, and it has nothing to do with the loyalty to Canada, it's their right and it's perfectly appropriate, this is called democracy. The only thing caught me by suprise is that most of those comments against chinese parade were made by chinese fellows, I have never seen this kind of self-inflicted over-considerate syndrome in people from any other ethnic group. Sometimes chinese tend to pay too much attention to others' feeling and become over sensitive. I have been hanging around in US and Canada longer than most of guys here, I have seen in many occasions muslims gather together and celebrate their islamic pride, even when the whole nation was still in the grief of their losses during terrorist bombing of a US embassy, I was shocked at first, with time being, I started to realize it's perfect normal for their celebration, that's their pride, their belief, no one else has the right to blame on them.更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
