本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛Bought chestnuts in Xin Cheng Chinese food market on 21 november.I cooked it on November 28 and found that they were COMPLETELY rotten. I kept them all in fridge.I do not think they will be rotten in 7 days because before we even cook three months later after I bought it.I showed the rotten chestnuts to the owner(the old wowan and her son),and asked; do u think the chestnuts will be rotten in one week? But they said
"I don't believe it. I sold it to many people and nobody complained yet. If all of them complain, I'll give you a credit."
I said, "Toyota sold millions of cars and my car has a problem. Can they say if all toyota cars have problem then I'll fix your car."
They said, "Look at other chestnet they are all good." I said, "Even they are all good, mine is rotten. I'm not talking about other stuff."
I even showed a receipt but they didn't say sorry about it and fruit should be returned in a day.
This is the customer service I got from there. this is not the matter of refund or credit agains the rotten food.
As an owner they have Zero mindset about the quality and customer satisfaction. Just because many customers do shopping there, they treat individual customers like a "shit".
Do not expect single piece of quality, customer care, and appreciation from them.
There have been so many complains about this store and finally I experienced it myselft.
