My boss has a Dell notebook, using MS outlook send/receive e-mail, his e-mail account is from Sprint Canada. the problem is:
when he works at company connecting to LAN, he can't send/receive e-mail, but if he doesn't connect to LAN, use wireless network card ( I don't know which ISP this wireless network card connect to, maybe Sprint, I am sure not to my company) he can send/receive e-mail. so I think this problem is cause by my ISP.
But one day he configured his e-mail account on another laptop which is connecting to LAN, he can send/receive e-mail.
My boss ask me why? I really have no idea, anybody can help me?
